About the service
voome.me lets you discover and listen to public VooMes — short social-audio clips (VoiceMemes) published by VoiceApp users. The website is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Creating and publishing VooMes takes place inside the VoiceApp application and is governed by VoiceApp's own terms.
Content and intellectual property
VooMes are created by their respective authors, who retain the rights to their content. The VooMe and VoiceApp names, logos and design are protected. You may share links to VooMes, but you may not copy, download, redistribute or otherwise exploit the content or the site without permission, except as expressly allowed by these terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated means beyond normal browsing, circumventing security, or using it in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaks applicable law.
Disclaimer and liability
voome.me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VooMes reflect the views of their creators, not of the operator. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for the availability of the service or for content published by users or third parties. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
